Every day we're working on custom creations that our customers have ordered. Our store is the starting ground for getting your custom work built and delivered. Our personalized experience keeps you involved with your custom piece from start to finish. We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Etsy Gift Cards and Paypal.
We carefully wrap and package each order and ship via USPS or FedEx. Your item will be packed and shipped as soon as the paint / stain are dry! In the event of shipping accidents/damage, we will get your 100% satisfaction whether we replace, repair or refund your money.
Please contact us as soon as possible upon receiving a damaged package. We will require pictures of the damage for insurance purposes. Please hold onto all damaged items and packing materials. At our discretion, we will either issue a refund or replace damaged items.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
We will charge a $20 design charge and refund the remainder for orders that have been designed and NOT cut.
We cannot reimburse for incorrect information provided to us. There are no returns on personalized/custom products.
Upon order Jo's Wood Gallery will email you a simulated sign proof for approval. Upon approval we will build/ship product(s).
Please note wood is wood so the texture and grains may vary from what is you currently see in the picture. You can be sure though that the quality, design and care of your piece will be at the highest level.
